Dr. Christine Esposito, a board-certified orthodontist, can spot crowding, crossbites and jaw growth concerns early and plan early treatment or a palate expander only when it will help.

For older kids and teens, we offer braces for kids and clear aligners, with adjustment visits usually every 6 to 8 weeks. Because we are also your child’s dental home, checkups and orthodontic visits happen in the same place.

Easy Directions From Irmo

Irmo sits on the north side of Lake Murray. Most families take Lake Murray Blvd (S.C. 60) to S.C. 6 (Lake Drive), cross the Lake Murray Dam into Lexington, and stay on S.C. 6 until it meets Sunset Blvd (U.S. 378), then follow Sunset Blvd to our office at 5080 Sunset Blvd, Ste B. Depending on where in Irmo you start and traffic on the dam, the drive usually takes about 20 to 30 minutes. Parking is right outside the office.
